Swim Caps
Team swim caps are highly recommended and will be made available by the first meet. Caps are generously donated by Midtown Pediatric Dentistry this year.
Swimsuits
The cost of the swimsuit and team t-shirt is in addition to the registration fee. Most swimmers can usually use the same suit for two years. We plan on keeping the same style every year. The team suits will be Navy Speedo Endurance female flybacks and male jammers or briefs with the NHC casual logo in white.
